More tracks are done
Well, I keep working on the up-coming Stepin Up CD by Shannon Kennedy and it is coming together nicely!
This time last week I was done with one track. I have edited, produced, whatever you want to call that stuff I tried to explain in the last post - I have 4 tracks done now and some work in on a few more tracks. We have been flying in a lot of overdubs lately. Replacing fake Trumpets with real - adding percussion and woodwind harmonies.
I think Shannon has clips up - check out www.shannon-kennedy.com and see if there are samples up yet.
I need to get to rehearsal. I'll try and post again - the rehearsal with David Pack from Ambrosia was great! He is headlining the Temecula Jazz Festival October 28th and I am in the house band for the artists all day.
